Can an general pass be used for made at home air transport in a US?

My partner usually has her general passport, though no drivers license. Can she operate her general pass (from Thailand) as a form of ID for made at home transport inside of a US?

Yes. we operate my US pass all a time, when we am drifting inside of a USA. It saves time as well as aggravation. Each state’s driver’s licenses demeanour opposite anyway, as well as we keep a permit for current backup, in box 2 forms of ID have been needed.
