is air transport unpleasant if we humour from sinus problems?

another question/worry. Anyone here who suffers from sinus problems, how did we go with air travel. we found upon reduced flights it can turn incredibly unpleasant upon my ear drums as we mostly have shut off sinuses.Anyone have any tips upon how to revoke this? we have used those earplugs ‘aeroplanes’ or ‘aeroplugs’ they have been costly though helped the bit. interjection again.
