Is there the element which lets air transport by it though not sound? Or something which we could construct?

For example, what if there were enough turns in a blood vessel so which a soundwaves wouldnt transport any further, though a air would still pass through, would this work? Like it could be angled inside?

Why is it so formidable to find something similar to this?

A blood vessel would not be really in effect given a receptive to advice waves could rebound as well as even ring along a tube. But a single could set up a array of padded baffles that would catch receptive to advice so that whilst air could pass, receptive to advice would not. You can essentially find elementary applications of this element in a little theaters as well as church entrances, though it is a usual approach of achieving a great turn of sound-proofing but a need for doors as well as a like, that mostly emanate their own noise.
