Is the pass indispensable to go upon the Caribbean cruise?

I am formulation upon a journey to a Caribbean with a rest of my family over Yuletide vacation, as well as we was wondering either or not we will need a passport. We would be withdrawal from Fort Lauderdale, FL as well as cruising a Caribbean for 5 days, as well as returning to FL.

It essentially depends where we have been cruising. They gov’t is asking for everybody which travels to a caribbean in 2008 to have a passport, EXCEPT starting to Puerto Rico, Guam or a USVI (st thomas, etc.) since they have been US territories. So if we have been usually starting to these US territories afterwards we do not need one. If we have been starting anywhere else than we do need one. If we send divided for a pass it will take atleast a couple of months. If we can’t wait for for which prolonged go down to a bureau & wait for for in line(for about 5 hours some-more or less) & we will leave with one.

Technically, passports will not be compulsory for SEA transport to a Caribbean until Jan. 2008, however, a little journey lines need passengers to have passports. Best thing to do is CALL your journey line as well as ASK them to be sure. See website next if we do need passports.

The supervision creatively programmed to need any one cruising to have a pass starting Jan 2008. This might get pushed behind again. Still, a the great thought to get them prior to we need them as people have been right away watchful up to fifteen weeks prior to removing a passport.
