Can we operate Air France photos in the display wich I’ll send to Air France Employers from Reservation team?

I meant the copyright, we wish to know if it is legal. I’ll do the display usually as the present for Air France.

Thanks for your answer.

You need accede from the copyright hilt (usually the photographer, the print agency, or the association which consecrated the photos) in sequence to operate photos for any purpose. It doesn’t have the difference either or not the operate involves the gift. That’s the authorised requirement. It’s up to the copyright hilt to sue we for transgression if he or it discovers which we have been regulating the photos though permission; the little copyright holders might not worry if we have been only scheming the present for someone, though technically we regularly need permission.

And no, prior to any one suggests it, regulating photos to have the present is not "fair use" per U.S. law.
