No, a reason since people leave a country to a US is since they’re from F’ed up countries. Most people do not wish to leave their enlightenment behind. If we demeanour during most countries which have been improved off, they do not immigrate. Look during Japan, English, French, etc. So we do not consider most Americans or Canadians would go down to Latin countries.
